Terms and Conditions

We design and build professional websites for UK trades businesses. Subject to our agreement below, we deliver a draft website for your review and approval before your website goes live.

• The total cost of your website build is £399, payable as a £99 deposit today and a £300 balance.
• The £99 deposit secures your build slot. Because we begin work on your draft shortly after you order, the deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced (see our Deposit and Refund Policy).
• The £300 balance is payable only after you have reviewed your draft, we have made any reasonable amendments you requested, and you confirm you are ready to launch.
• If you choose our monthly plan, hosting, maintenance and support cost £49 per month and begin when your website goes live.

• Once we receive your business information and deposit, we aim to deliver your fully built draft website within 48 hours.
• Reasonable amendments are included so the website accurately reflects your business and services.
• Your draft and final website may rely on information and content you provide. We cannot be responsible for inaccuracies in content supplied by you.

You agree to provide accurate business information, and to review your draft in a timely manner so your website can be completed and launched. If you do not respond to requests for approval or amendment within a reasonable period, we may not be able to complete your build on the timescales described above.

Once your website is launched and paid for in full, you own the design and content we create for your business. This does not include third-party assets that are licensed to you for use on your website, or templates and tools that remain our own.

If you already own a domain, you remain the owner and we will connect it to your website. If we help you register a domain, it is registered in your name and you own it. Domain registrations are generally subject to annual renewal fees from the relevant registrar.

We deliver your website with reasonable care and skill. We cannot guarantee specific results, search engine rankings, or a particular number of enquiries, and you should not rely on any expectation of a specific ranking or volume of leads. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us for your website build.

You may cancel your order at any time before work on your draft has substantially commenced and receive a refund of your deposit. Once work has commenced on your draft, the deposit is non-refundable. Please see our Deposit and Refund Policy for full details.

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Where changes materially affect you, we will make reasonable efforts to bring them to your attention.
